We Are Water MN
Overview
“We Are Water Minnesota” is a Minnesota Humanities Center project that explores the relationships between people and water with a mobile interactive exhibit that travels across the state of Minnesota. The exhibit will travel to Austin, MN on April 27 and remain until June 16, 2019 partnering with the City of Austin, Jay C. Hormel Nature Center and Mower Soil and Water Conservation District. The project seeks to develop relationships between people and water through sharing stories, education and public events. Part of the project is to collect and share interviews of stories from across the state about people and their experiences with water from the communities the exhibit is hosted at.
