Upland storage (May 2020)

South Dobbins Creek overtops the 230th Street bridge during the March 2019 major snowmelt in Red Rock Township. This crossing will benefit from CRWD's future two-berm system upstream called the Dexter 30 dams.

CRWD drone footage shows the Dobbins 1 upstream berm slowing and treating stormwater during the September 2019 flooding in the headwaters of North Dobbins Creek in Dexter Township.

A nearly completed Dexter 30-Dam 1 berm slows and treats stormwater in September 2019 after heavy rainfall. This project, which did not have grass established yet, is in Dexter Township in the South Dobbins Creek headwaters.

Blue coloring shows the 100 acres that will be covered by stormwater temporarily during a 100-year flood event (approx. 8 inches of rain over 24 hours) by the Dexter 30 dams once Dam 2 is completed this year in the South Dobbins Creek headwaters.

Mower County Road 19 in Dexter Township overtops with water from a major snowmelt in March 2019 in the South Dobbins Creek headwaters. Once CRWD completes the second of two berms for its Dexter 30 project this year, overtopping should be eliminated for County 19.
