The district has established the following fee schedule regarding permits.

Permit Fee - $10
Government entities are exempt from a permit fee in accordance with state statutes.

Permit Inspection Fee:

• First Inspection – no charge
• All other inspections - $50.00 a time

Potential need for assistants from the District Engineers, legal consulting fees and site inspections will be discussed at the scoping meeting.

After the Fact Penalty (working without a permit)
$500.00 to the Contractor & $500.00 to the Landowner AND all legal expenses that the CRWD incurs.
