The district has established the following fee schedule regarding permits.

Permit Fee - FREE
Government entities are exempt from a permit fee in accordance with state statutes.

Permit Inspection Fee:

• Billed to applicant for reimbursement of CRWD staff time involved in the inspection.
• Potential need for assistance from the District Engineers, legal consulting fees and site inspections will be discussed at the scoping meeting.

After-the-Fact Penalty (working without a permit)
$500 to the Contractor and $500 to the Landowner AND all legal expenses incurred by CRWD.
